  Abend occurred with LIU processing DBD/PSB of *shared*

  The HISAM reload step for secondary indexes in the HPPC IVP got
  ABEND0C4 around offset +x'680' of module FABLVRC0 when LIU
  Integrity Checker attempted to create an RDE for a shared
  secondary index database which is not the first DBD.
  
  The same problem can occur in other jobs for a secondary index
  database which is not the first DBD.
  

Problem conclusion

• LIU has been modified to avoid the RDE creation processing when
  a shared secondary index database is not the first DBD because
  the DMB verification for the first shared secondary index is
  enough for a shared secondary index databases.
