Error description

• Load API function gets ABEND0C4 in the compression routine when
  COMPRESS=NO is specified and the compression routine needs
  addressability to the physical segment description block (PSDB).

  1. Load API function gets ABEND0C4 in the compression routine
     when COMPRESS=NO is specified and the compression routine
     needs addressability to the physical segment description
     block (PSDB).
     Because, HP Load does not set the address of PSDB correctly.
  2. Even though specifying the INIT option on the COMPRTN=
     parameter of the SEGM statement in the DBD, HP Load does not
     call the compression routine for the initialization and
     termination processing.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Load API function has been modified to set the address of
     PSDB correctly.
  2. HP Load has been modified to call the compression routine
     for the initialization and termination processing.
