Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool OVERWRITE functionality does not
  handle the PRIQTY/SECQTY values.

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2  Admin & Object Comparison Tool *
  *                 V720 who use the masking function to specify *
  *                 overwrites DSSIZE, PRIQTY, SECQTY, DEFER and *
  *                 DEFINE for  the table  space  or index space *
  *                 attributes.                                  *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Overwrite masks DSSIZE, PRIQTY, SECQTY, *
  *                      DEFER and  DEFINE were not supported in *
  *                      functions COMPARE, GEN, MIGRATE  and CM *
  *                      IMPORT.  Overwrite  masks DSSIZE  DEFER *
  *                      and  DEFINE  were not  supported in the *
  *                      function WSL CLONING.                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  New overwrites DSSIZE, PRIQTY, SECQTY, DEFER and  DEFINE are now
  supported in all masking related functions COMPARE,GEN, MIGRATE,
  WSL CLONING and CM IMPORT.
  
  Masking allows the user to specify the above 5 overwrites in two
  formats:
  1) Direct overwrite value
  2) REXX user exit format.
  
  To use REXX user exit format,  admin needs  to be  customized by
  the Admin installer by invoking the ADB2CUST REXX EXEC. The data
  set name of  the REXX EXEC  exit library will be defined for the
  REXX EXEC user exit.
  
  The details of masking overwrite formats,customization required,
  Edit Masks  panel changes,  WSL cloning and  CM mask lines panel
  changes,can be viewed in the Admin Users Guide (V72) .
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed in V7.2 only.
