Error description

• New control card added to enhance the return code functionality
  of
  mis-matched RBAs in groups where the determined RBAs wind up
  being
  non-unified.  UNIFIED will produce a U0008 and cause processing
  to
  terminate.  UNIFIED_WARNING will produce a pending RC=4 and
  processing
  will proceed.
