Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users who edit the WSL outside of ADMIN/OC   *
  *                 and try to  manipulate the WSL from within   *
  *                 ADMIN/OC at the same time.                   *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the WSL member is being accessed   *
  *                      by  another user or  process  at  the   *
  *                      same moment that ADMIN/OC attempts to   *
  *                      manipulate  the  same member an error   *
  *                      occurs (file in use).  When the other   *
  *                      user/process  releases  access to the   *
  *                      WSL,   ADMIN/OC was  still  unable to   *
  *                      access it.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  By changing the access method that ADMIN/OC uses, this problem
  is alleviated.
