Error description

• List of defects:
  PK40283 - Migrating forms for an Informix database that has
  multiple tables or views in the 'Form' attributes is causing a
  windows exception to be taken.
  PK41244 - You can now insert record successfully after
  importing a panel from DBEDIT.
  PK41774 - The URL not found message is no longer displayed when
  setting up the server definition file.
  PK44002 - You can now use null values when in a date field
  when editing tables on an Informix database.
  PK45518 - Forms that include a refer-back condition in a
  validation rule now run more quickly.
  PK46332 - The PFKeys label is no longer displayed on forms
  that are imported from DBEDIT.
  PK46337 - Controls that are in forms that are imported from
  DBEDIT will have a name the same as the column name.
  PK46338 - Controls in forms imported from DBEDIT have the same
  length as the column length.
