PK50453: EDM POOL SECTION NEED FIXING WITH THE CORRECT VALUES FOR QISEDBD

Error description

• Running a statistics report and looking at the information
  in regards to the EDM Pools are incorrect.
  The Statistics reports in PE V2/PM V8 are correct but incomplete
  with respect to the two fields QISEDPGE and QISEDFAL in DB2 V8.
  The field QISEDBD is shown as field PAGES HELD BY DBDS in the
  block DBM1 STORAGE ABOVE 2 GB for DB2 V8.

  We are going to correct both the report reference as well as
  the information in the reports.

  *                      later) incorrectly displays the values  *
  *                      for the new meaning of the fields in    *
  *                      the DBD Pool context.                   *

Problem conclusion

• - for OM v310:
   The three data space counters "PAGES IN DSP", "FREE PAGES DSP"
   and "DSP FULL FAILURE" in the EDM Pool Data section of IFCID
   002 in the Record Trace display only values for DB2 v7. For
   later DB2 versions "N/A" is displayed.
  
   Three new labels were added to the EDM Pool Data section to
   reflect the new meaning of the fields for DB2 v8 and later:
   "PAGES IN DBD POOL", "FREE PAGES IN DBD POOL" and "FAILS DUE TO
   DBD POOL FULL". They are "N/A" for DB2 v7.
  
   The updated field descriptions are reflected in the parts
   DGOSBGEN and DGOSDGEN for the Performance Database.
  
  - for OM v410:
   The three data space counters "PAGES IN DSP", "FREE PAGES DSP"
   and "DSP FULL FAILURE" in the EDM Pool Data section of IFCID
   002 display only values for DB2 v7. For later DB2 versions
   "N/A" is displayed.
  
   New labels for the new meanings for DB2 v8 and later are not
   required as they are already available in the enhanced layout
   of the EDM Pool data section of IFCID 002 in the Record Trace.
  
   The updated field descriptions are reflected in the parts
   DGOSBGEN and DGOSDGEN for the Performance Database.
