  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Dataset names from setup panels are     *
  *                      expected to be fully qualified without  *
  *                      enclosing quotes.  If quotes are        *
  *                      entered, various failures will ensue.   *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  All setup panels will now validate dataset name format and
  also remove quotes if entered.  Existing DBRF profiles that
  have been created with quoted dataset names can be corrected
  by selecting the DBRF IMS ID (option 1) and then pressing enter
  to remove enclosing quotes and to revalidate dataset names.
