    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: RECON cannot be accessed after ARLN. *
    *                      Message: DSP1136A RECON ACCESS DENIED,  *
    *                      IMSPLEX NAME ***** NOT VALID            *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    The IMSPLEX exit routine DSPSCIX0 is required. However,
    DBRF will successfully find the module only if it is in
    the dynamically allocated IMS RESLIB.

Problem conclusion

  • The required exit routine DSPSCIX0 must be loaded under
    specific restrictions.

    1. DSPSCIX0 must be loaded from an authorized library.
    2. In a TSO environment, the library must be a task library.

    The load sequence is changed to be the concatenation of
    1. IMS RESLIB
    2. EXITLIB, also called the Randomizer library
    3. DYNLIB, the Dynamic allocate library

    Therefore, if the IMSPLEX exit routine is required, it may
    be found in any of the 3 concatenated libraries. In this
    situation, all named libraries must be APF authorized.
    Both EXITLIB and DYNLIB are optional.
