• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Object Comparision Tool does not create BIND statements
  for packages invalidated when an ALTER TABLE ... FOREIGN KEY
  ... ON DELETE SET NULL is used to implement the changes found.

Problem conclusion
