  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR includes fixes for following  *
  *                      problems of HPIC V4R1 image Copy        *
  *                      function under DRF V3.1.                *
  *                      - HPIC image Copy function under DRF    *
  *                        reports FABJ103E and FABJ0100E        *
  *                        messages and DRF terminates with      *
  *                        ABEND U0384 ( U0384 ) in FRXVSTA0.    *
  *                        HPIC mishandles a processing          *
  *                        function, when HPIC does not generate *
  *                        a GLOBAL statement.                   *
  *                      - HPIC image Copy function under DRF    *
  *                        mishandles the default of compress    *
  *                        routine.                              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This APAR includes fixes for following problems of HPIC V4R1
  image Copy function under DRF V3.1.
  - HPIC image Copy function under DRF reports FABJ103E and
    FABJ0100E messages and DRF terminates with ABEND U0384
    ( U0384 ) in FRXVSTA0. HPIC mishandles a processing function,
    when HPIC does not generate a GLOBAL statement.
  - HPIC image Copy function under DRF mishandles the default of
    compress routine.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJAPIM has been modified to handle image copy function
  correctly.
  
  FABJPRM3 has been modified to change the default of compress
  routine.
  
  FABJGLRP has been modified to report correct default of compress
  routine, when HPIC runs under DRF.
