Error description
Intermittently, USRCPUT for long-running tasks is non-sensical. It is either too large. Or it suddenly jumps from large to smaller. This can happen in an environment where Performance Class monitoring is on most of the time but is turned off and back on occasionally. If an EXEC CICS MONITOR command is issued while Performance Class monitoring is temporarily off, the problem will happen. (TCPIP/CICS Sockets interface code is one product that does EXEC CICS MONITOR commands.)

If performance monitoring is turned on again this invalid value will appear in the monitoring record for this transaction.
