  The CAB buffer handler sets the buffer number for VSAM ESDS
  data set. When the number is not used by VSAM, HSSR Engine
  issues MSGFABH0054E and ABENDU4013.

  When system-managed buffering (SMB) is used for the VSAM data
  set, this situation can occur.
  
  This APAR enables HSSR Engine to issue MSGFABH0057W, instead of
  MSGFABH0054E, accept the overridden buffer number and continue
  the processing.

  | Explanation: Normally, the CAB buffer handler specifies
  | the number of VSAM buffers, however, CAB detected that
  | its specifications could not be honored by VSAM.
  | System Action: HSSR Engine continues processing. However,
  | the performance will suffer.
  | Programmer Response: If you want to use the CAB buffering
  | optimization, remove any BUFND, BUFSP, or STRNO specifications
  | from the JCL, and remove through IDCAMS BUFFERSPACE
  | specifications for the ESDS from the catalog.  If the
  | system-managed buffering is activated in the SMS definition,
  | deactivate it.
