Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool Change Management ( CM ) feature has
  some inconsistency between what pending changes lists and what
  register does.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The change  management the process of   *
  *                      displaying  pending  changes has been   *
  *                      enhanced to display the fewer pending   *
  *                      changes relevant to the  object being   *
  *                      changed.                                *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  The process of recognizing the pending  changes during a change
  dialog, such as ALC, was to consider any reference to an object
  or a related object as a pending change. With this enhancement,
  fewer pending changes may be considered relevant.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been enhanced to consider only changes to objects
  (not merely references) as a pending change candidate.
