Error description

• Customer was seeing an Abend202.
  Either the caller of Post passed an invalid ECB address or the
  ECBstorage has been invalidly changed.

  When the OMEGAMON Server subtask PESERVER is started with event
  observation enabled, the appropriate DB2 traces are started and
  a dummy ECB is provided to DB2. When DB2 tries to post the ECB
  an ABEND S202 or S702 may occur.
  

Problem conclusion

• The OMEGAMON Server subtask PESERVER function event exception
  processing will no longer provide a dummy ECB to DB2 when the
  DB2 traces are started because it does not need to be posted
  by DB2.
