PK47036: SNAPSHOT HISTORY INTERVALS CAN NOT BE CHANGED DYNAMICALLY

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Subtask commands to the Performance Expert Server subtask
  (PESERVER) change in fact none of Snapshot history intervals
  contrary to the data provided by the DISPLAY subtask  command.
  All  the  intervals always keep  values  set  in corresponding
  startup parameters of PESERVER once it get started.

  Besides the main problem specified in the Problem Description

  A try to modify dynamically one or some of the intervals listed
  per the MODIFY command may cause mistiming in the PESERVER - DB2
  Server interaction and correspondingly bring up problems for DB2
