  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2 ADMIN TOOL who use the Change   *
  *                 Management panels.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR has several changes to the    *
  *                      Change Management panels.               *
  *                      For the panels of  the managing masks,  *
  *                      version scopes, and the ID table, the   *
  *                      list of changes are:                    *
  *                      - Added  support for  multiple inserts  *
  *                        or repeats. For example, you can now  *
  *                        enter I4 to insert 4 new lines.       *
  *                      - Changed  the  behavior to be similar  *
  *                        to ISPF edit.  Pressing  PF3  key now *
  *                        automatically saves the changes.  The *
  *                        SAVE  primary  command  was  replaced *
  *                        with  CANCEL which allows for exiting *
  *                        the panel without saving the changes. *
  *                       - On Version  Scope panels, the displa *
  *                         area for scope name has been widened *
  *                      For various  CM panels  that display  a *
  *                      name field as input or output, the name *
  *                      field has been widened to 30 bytes from *
  *                      18.  On the Changes panel,  the COMMENT *
  *                      primary  command  has been added.  This *
  *                      command  can be  used  to  display  the *
  *                      comment for the change on a second line *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  This  APAR has  several changes to the Change Management panels.
  For the panels  for  managing  masks, version scopes, and the ID
  table, the list of changes are:
  - Added support for multiple inserts or repeats.  For example,
    you can now enter I4 to insert 4 new lines.
  - Changed the behavior to be similiar to ISPF edit. Pressing PF3
