  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: OC users requesting rebuild index in    *
  *                      apply processing using the multiple     *
  *                      apply job option did not get the        *
  *                      rebuild index job. The job was missing  *
  *                      or prefixed to the runstats or rebind   *
  *                      job member.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Exec gocgajob modified to add the missing rebuild index job as
  its own member of the pds containing the apply jobstream.
