  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When using batch mode install to set up a RTE the DB2 subsystem
  descriptions are not set as specified in the batch parm member.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The processing of the batch parameter member was changed to
  prevent that the description for one DB2 subsystem is overidden
  with the description that is specified for another DB2
  subsystem.
