  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2  ADMIN TOOL  who  would like    *
  *                 to display the package  list in the panel    *
  *                 ADB21PL and press PF1 to display the HELP    *
  *                 panel ADBH1PL.                               *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In DB2 Administration Tool,  The panel  *
  *                      ADBH1PL  "HELP: xxxx Package List"  is  *
  *                      incorrectly described column Timestamp  *
  *                      on  panel ADBH1PL as "When package was  *
  *                      bound.  "when  the column  is actually  *
  *                      derived from the TIMESTAMP column from  *
  *                      SYSIBM. SYSPACKLIST which is described  *
  *                      as  "Timestamp indicating when the row  *
  *                      was created." Timestamp description in  *
  *                      panel ADB21PL/ADBH1PL is misleading or  *
  *                      incorrect.                              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  Help Panel ADBH1PL has been corrected to change the IMESTAMP
  description.   SYSIBM.SYSPACKLIST will be filled during bind
  with  option pklist.  So timestamp is bind timestamp of plan
  and not of package.
