The DB2 Administration Tool APAR PK24488 did not address all of
the reported issues with the CON line command.

Due to user's report in the PMR, the 'N' and 'CON' line commands
have been merged, but each continues to display on it's original
panel (ADB21TN for CON and ADB21N for N).
