  *                 marks (apostrophes).                         *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DB2 requires  doubled apostrophes to    *
  *                      input a single  apostrophe ("DON''T"    *
  *                      becomes "DON'T").   When  altering a    *
  *                      column,the double apostrophe was not    *
  *                      being taken into consideration.         *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  Corrected the handling of quotation marks (apostrophes) so that
  imbedded marks are doubled.  ("DON'T" -> "DON''T")
