Error description

• When building the URL in a link component the
  standard URL created, has a additional ﾑ&ﾒ or '?' in the link
  generated, depending on the item selected to review. It shows a
  '&'
  when selecting a content, and a '?' when selecting a site area.
  When
  we try to generate the URL ourselves, we try to use the
  format=ﾔURLﾔ
  parameter. However, this gives not only the URL, but also a ﾑ?ﾒ
  at the
  end. And the same for format='path'.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Link Components when rendered displays a  ? at the end of the
  url
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed the code to handle the spaces in the query string, and
  dont display a "?" if only a " " is entered for the Query
  String.
