  Forward Fit APAR of FPA V2R2 PK41856.
  When the IRENAME subcommand with the CHANGE command is
  specified, the Change function issues the IDCAMS ALTER command
  internally to rename the input area data set name. Because the
  ALTER command is issued only the cluster name, the data
  component data set name is not renamed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Change function with the IRENAME subcommand has been changed
  to issue the IDCAMS ALTER command for the cluster name and the
  data component data set name of the input area data set.
