  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  With the new HSRE interface, OER only calls HSRE once to
  reorganize either sequential UOWs or non-sequential UOWs,
  which improve the performance of OER greatly.

Comments

• It was necessary to call HSRE many times so far when
  non-sequential UOWs were reorganized (Only in case of
  RFSSCAN=(YES,*) is specified).
  
  Using a new HSRE interface UOWLIST (DBFULST), non-sequential
  UOWs can be reorganized  by calling HSRE only once.
  
  The performance of OER has been improved greatly.
  
  This function needs the following IMS APARs.
