Error description

• HP Load gets ABENDU3749 when CHKUPDT=YES is used in the IMSPLEX
  environment.  Under these conditions, the internal LIST.DB
  command fails due to duplication of SCI registration and HP Load
  cannot check if an update of the database has been done between
  the unload and reload processes.

  This APAR fixes the following problems due to duplication of SCI
  registration in case of issuing internal LIST.DB command:
  - ABENDU3749 when CHKUPDT=YES is used in the IMSPLEX
   environment.
  - HPSR3742W when non-HALDB is reloaded in the IMSPLEX
   environment.
  

Problem conclusion

• The new module HPSRRXST is added to avoid duplication of SCI
  registration.
