• During Object Compare with target coming from catalog user gets:
  GOC2DTC - Unsuccessful completion
  GOCC026E - Program GOC2DTC detected an ONCODE condition 1040
             during WRITE_CATREC . ( Write catrec oncode1040 )

• Increase space for CATSIN as a circumvention.

  New function added to OC in exec GOCGCMP and skeleton GOCDDL to
  allocate the work and final version files based on the size of
  the input ddl file to reduce risk of B37 in future.
