  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2 Admin Tool.                     *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In DB2 Administration Tool AL command   *
  *                      is used to ALTER a partitioned table,   *
  *                      and ROTATE  command is  used in panel   *
  *                      ADB21TAV to ROTATE first partition to   *
  *                      last.  The ALTER statement fails with   *
  *                      SQLCODE = -904 REASON 00C900AD as the   *
  *                      all  partitions are in  REORG pending   *
  *                      state.                                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  Rotate first to last partition fails with SQLCODE904 RC00C900AD
