Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool ICS line command on panel ADB21X
  'Indexes' gives a 'No rows returned' message in error when the
  index has a name longer than 8 characters.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The 'no  rows returned'  message  was   *
  *                      issued after the ICS line command was   *
  *                      issued on  panel ADB21X for an  index   *
  *                      with  a long index name.  The problem   *
  *                      has also been fixed in panels adb21xp   *
  *                      adb21d, and adb21di2.                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  The SQL SELECT statement used the index space name instead of
  the index name.  For long index  names,  the index space name
  will not be the same as the index name.  The problem has also
  been fixed in panels adb21xp, adb21d, and adb21di2.
