  • The DB2 Administration Tool 'Change Management' feature created
a REORG step which was not needed when processing an ALTER
ADD COLUMN.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Customer found  the Change Management   *
*                      included  a  REORG  step  which   was   *
*                      unneeded  when processing an AL ALTER   *
*                      ADD COLUMN when "Run REORG" Mandatory   *
*                      is specified.                           *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF.                               *
****************************************************************
Customer found that the Change Management included a REORG step
which was unneeded when  processing an AL ALTER ADD COLUMN when
"Run REORG" Mandatory is specified.

    



Problem conclusion
