Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool 'Change Management' process did
  not prevent a change to a tablespace's CCSID after the
  analyze job reported:
  (E)Attempted change of field ENCODING SCHEME is not supported.
  Change ignore
    Tablespace will not be changed
  The CCSID change is applied if any other change occurs.

Problem conclusion

• Object Compare V7.2 have been changed to issue a warning message
