Error description

• When running the job with sysin parm START
  RCVTIME('070851717197',PITR) we receive an ABEND0C4 in FRXMPSB0.
  The same job with added parm 'VERIFY(OPEN)' works well without
  failure.

  ABEND0C4 happened in FRXMPSB0 when DRF tries to generate the
  final summary report. The problem was in module FRXGUOW0 because
  it passed the invalid DBD address for FRXMPSB0 to use.
  

Problem conclusion

  FRXGUOW0 has been changed to pick the correct DBD address out
  of the PSB library.  If the PSB has x'ffff' as the pointer
