  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: PROBLEM DESCRIPTION  (39 chars max)     *
  *                      The DB2  Administration Tool ALC line   *
  *                      command fails to process the "New DB"   *
  *                      and  "New TS" fields  of panel ADB27C   *
  *                      "ALTER table"   so the  object  being   *
  *                      worked  upon is placed  back into the   *
  *                      original database and tablespace.       *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  ALC command doesn't process new DB/NEW TS values on panel adb27c
  'ALTER TABLE'.
