Error description

• EMAIL alerts may not be generated because the user interface
  allows the creation of responses with actions that may not
  always be appropriate.  This fix will alter the user interface
  to prevent the creation of the mismatches.
  

Local fix

• Review all action/response pairs to ensure the subject type of
  the action and the subject type of the scope in the response are
  the same.
  
  To disconnect the "hidden" actions you will need to change the
  scope of the response until the action is visible, then deselect
  it, apply, then proceed.
