  This APAR introduces new function to support OMEGAMON for
  IMS Transaction Reporting Facility (TRF).

• 1.TRF collects the following data for all transactions within
  IMS:
    1. Response time, CPU time and resource usage
    2. Elapsed time for DLI and FP database calls
    3. Elapsed time for DB2 calls
  2.IMS PI supports both TRF Collector and Extractor records:
    1. TRF Collector records written to the IMS log:
    The TRF user log record code (specified via the RECID
    Collector option) must first be defined in your IMS PI
    profile.
    TRF user log records will then be processed in the
    same manner as any other IMS system log record type.
    Because the TRF records are transaction based and contain
    the Recovery Token, they will be supported by Tracking.
    The result being that you can view IMS and TRF log records
    for an individual transaction, effectively showing
    database and DB2 call activity within the standard
    transaction log record sequence.
    2. TRF output records written by the OMEGAMON extractor:
    TRF records output from the Extractor process
    are a consolidation of IMS log records and TRF
    collector records.
    They can be viewed independently of the IMS log to
