APAR status

Error description

  • Preconditions for Problem:
    1. Db2ObjectUsage monitoring is active (the default),
    2. CAE Agent is up while either the CAE Server is restarted, or
      there is a temporary loss of communication with the CAE Server
    3. A Db2Object alert ("Object Buffer Pool Hit Ratio Problem" or
       "Object Synchronous IO Delay Problem") occurs before the loss
       of communication.
    4. The same Db2Object alert (for the same SQL Statement) occurs
       after the loss of communication.

    If these conditions are met, then the CAE Server log will
    contain messages of the following kind:
