Error description

• SYMPTOMS:
  Sites that do not have DB2 PTF UK90008 applied may suffer DB2
  message DSNT208I while attempting to bind DB2 Log Analysis Tool
  (LAT) plans on a DB2 V8 system.
  
  BACKGROUND:
  DB2 Log Analysis Tool (LAT) programs were bound at DB2 V9
  for LAT maintenance starting with PK30676/UK20129
     "SUPPORT FOR DB2 V9 TOLERATION".
  
  Customers applying LAT APAR/PTF PK30676/UK20129 or newer
  will need either:
  * z/OS DB2 R810 toleration maintenance
    APAR/PTF PK11129/UK90008.
  * As an alternative to applying the DB2 maintenance APPLY
    PTF UK24113 to address the BIND issue.
