Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool ALC line command attempts an ALTER
  of a column in a PRIMARY key without a DROP PRIMARY KEY.
  DB2 APAR PK40239 "SQLCODE669 MISSING" hides this issue and the
  ALTER and job end RC=00.
