Error description

• Implement a new function in form-based reporting to
  allow the reporting of the distribution of transactions
  based on user criteria, for example RESPTIME less than .1,
  between .1 and .5 and over .5 seconds as 3 distinct columns
  on a Summary report.
  This is based off of FITS REQ MR0401064857 where customers
  want to see a number, or percentage of transactions which
  completed within certain time ranges.

• This APAR provides a new function, RANGE, with options to
  specify FROM and To values, and to specify the output
  format (raw COUNT or PERCENTAGE of total transactions for
  the report line). An added facility is provided to allow
  distributions based on indicator (character) fields such as
  CLIACK where FROM values are selected from a PROMPT list
  (for example, for CLIACK values of 'ACK', 'NAK' and '-'
   =blank  can be selected).
