Error description
A Japanese customer reported that RFT 7.0 did not recognize Hank aku Katakana character on recording and playback. The environmen t are in below: -RFT 7.0 -VS 2005 Frame work 2.0 -Windows XP sp2 -Test applicationa; VB.NET application with VS 2005 and .NET Fra mework 2.0 On above environment, when test application wichi start test box from TextBox.ImeMode - Windows. Forms.ImeMode.Disable, on Japan ese Keyboard 106/109, push [shift]+[Ctrl] +[Hiragana], then put key 3 and key e, normally, Katakana will be shown, but sometime, it still showed 3 and e, when playback, sometime there is no an y key record on text box. I reproduced customer's issue on our local machine. As using copy/paste on Japanese keyboard doesn't happened proble m, so will suggested customer using this workaround first.
