Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool panel ADB26CTF 'Create Table' will
  show duplicate column names if panel ADB26CT 'Create Table'
  has 'As model   ===> YES' and the table contains CHECK
  CONSTRAINT defined and they are no unique in the subsystem.
  

Local fix

• Delete the duplicate rows from panel ADB26CTF 'Create Table'.

  Panel ADB26CTF 'Create Table' shows duplicate columns if ADB26CT
  'Create Table'  has Model=YES and the model table contains CHECK
  CONSTRAINT defined and they are not unique in the subsystem.
  The problem has been fixed. This apar also fixes a problem which
  occurs with check constraints  referencing more than one column.
  

Problem conclusion

• This results in the duplicate  constraint clauses  generated for
  Create Table with Model=YES via the CRE line command on a table.
