Error description

• HP Load issues HPSR0003W and ends with RC=04 when missing the
  trailer record.  HP Load should give a return code of 16 when
  a trailer record is not found although the unload data set
  should have a trailer record.

Problem conclusion

• The modules HPSRHDLx, HPSRHSLx and HPSRRLDx (X=7, 8, 9 and A)
  have been modified to issue HPSR0003E and to give a return code
  of 16 when missing the trailer record.

  | set is correct. If it is not, correct it, and resubmit
