*                      the output of a HPU Unload no longer    *
*                      contains SO/SI graphic data.            *

* RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *

Modules inzctrl, inzrload, and inzmain were changed to use a new
parmlib parameter ULOPTNS/DELIMITEDGRAPHEXT to determine
if the GRAPHIC should be unloaded as GRAPHIC or GRAPHIC EXTERNAL
in FORMAT DELIMITED.
