  format of Advanced Image Copy Services. Specifying this
  option means that FlashCopy or SnapShot copy is required.
  If these copy services are not available, the HPIC process is

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  HPIC V4R1 provides a new optional parameter for FASTIC=
  keyword.
  The new parameter FREQ is to be specified only in first operand
  of FASTIC= keyword. When the FREQ optional parameter is
  specified, HPIC requests 'FASTREPlication(REQuired)' option of
  DFSMSdss. The FREQ optional parameter is valid for Fast Recovery
  Image Copy of Advanced Copy Services.
  
  This APAR includes fixes for following HPIC V4R1 problems.
  - HPIC Site Default Generation Utility generates FABJ0106E
    ( MSGFABJ0106E ) and terminates with RC08 although both the
    keyword ICOUT= and the keyword HOMECHK= are specified
    correctly in the ICEIN control statement.
    Because HPIC checks the keyword HOMECHK= incorrectly, HPIC
    regards the keyword HOMECHK= as the keyword STACK=. So, HPIC
    mishandles error process.
  - HPIC Create Image Copy function and Recovery function ignores
    FCTOPPRCP option parameter for FASTIC= keyword, even if the
    DFSMSdss supports 'FCTOPPRCP' option.
    Because HPIC failed to get information of level of DFSMSdss,
    so HPIC misread that the DFSMSdss does not support 'FCTOPPRCP'
    option.
  - HPIC Create Image Copy function for Fast Recovery Image Copy
    does not register volume information of created image copies
    to RECON.
    Because HPIC Create Image Copy function for Fast Recovery
    Image Copy does not receive any volume information of created
    image copies in DFSMSdss UIM exit. Then HPIC does not set
    correct volume information in VOLLIST2() keyword of CHANGE.IC
    command.
