Error description

• The DB2 Object Comparision Tool APPLY jobs for an ALTER ADD
  COLUMN to an index caused the index to be placed in REBUILD
  PENDING. As no REBUILD INDEX utility was created the RUNSTATS
  utility requested failed RC=08 with the message:
  DSNU214I  AAAAA- DSNUGDTC - REBUILD PENDING ON INDEX PROHIBITS
  PROCESSING

  involves adding existing table column to a non-unique index.
