Error description
If you start an OLR from A- to M-, TERMinate it and then call DB Repair. It issues an appropriate error message. If you let the OLR complete and then start it again from M-to A- TERMinate it then call DB Repair Facility and try to inspect any block. There is no error message or block displayed It just does nothing.

But the check recognized only the A-J to M-V reorg. All other reasons to deny access were ignored.
Problem conclusion
Additional checking of the RECON will now deny access for any of the following reasons: 1. active DBDS = A-J AND M-V (reorg in progress) 2. active DBDS = M-V AND A-J (reorg in progress) 3.
