Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool ALC line command JCL does not have
  the needed SYSREC dataset when panel ADB27A 'DB2 Admin ALTER'
  has 'Unload Method' R and 'Generate template statements' YES
  selected. This results in the LOAD step failing:
  DSNU047I DSNURELD - A REQUIRED DD CARD OR TEMPLATE IS MISSING.
