  generates:
    Compare table source(xxx.yyyy) and target(xxx.yyyy)
      Column C35282
        (D)Field START changed from 1 to '
               0000000000000000000000000000000'
      Tables have identical column lists
      Table xxx.yyyy will be dropped
      Table will be recreated
  result should have been to do a 'smart' Alter Table
