• Program Restart fails to force a BMP issuing symbolic
  checkpoints to abend U3303 when IMS Online Reorg Facility
  signals its intent to acquire a specific database exclusively.

  *                      issuing symbolic checkpoints to abend   *
  *                      U3303 when IMS Online Reorg Facility    *
  *                      signals its intent to acquire a         *
  *                      specific database exclusively.          *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  IMS Online Reorg Facility issues an MVS Enqueue for a database
  that it needs to own exclusively. Program Restart should check
  for this enqueue after the BMP takes a symbolic checkpoint and
  abend the BMP with a U3303 if the BMP is using the database
  required by ORF.
  

Problem conclusion

• Program Restart has been corrected to compare the requested
  database name with the DBD name used by the BMP instead of
  the database PCB name.
