    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
The following problems are fixed by this APAR:

    1. The incorrect data set name of the secondary SLDS is set to
       'OLDS/SLDS LIST.'

If you reply the ddnames of the primary SLDS and the
secondary SLDS, that contains the checkpoint log, to
MSGDFR3110A when DBRC=N is specified, DFR set an incorrect
data set name of the secondary SLDS to 'OLDS/SLDS LIST.'

    2. ABENDU1058E with MSGDFR1058E RSN=02 occurs when the scope of
the online change of the target IMS system, that is an XRF
       complex, is global.

Since the timing to which DFR gets IMSID from an IMS log is
late when the target IMS system is XRF complex, DFR cannot
analyze the record of the OLCSTAT data set correctly.
And DFR ends with an abend code U1058.

    3. ABENDU3999 occurs in DFRLDB2x module, or invalid information
of UOR is set to 'RESYNC CONTROL STATEMENT LIST.'

Since DFR processes all entries included in X'4030' log as
the same RRE-TYPE as the first entry, DFR cannot recognize an
       IN-DOUBT transaction correctly.

Problem conclusion

  • The following modules and macros have been modified.
    (x = 8 and 9)

DFRGAL1x - This module was changed so that the data set name of
the secondary SLDS might be surely saved at the time
               of DBRC=N.
DFRIGOCx - This module was changed so that timing which checks
IMSID of the record of an OLCSTAT data set might be
performed, after IMSID was got from an IMS log.
DFRLUORx - This module was changed so that RRE-TYPE of all
entries included in X'4030' log might be judged
               correctly.
DFRRSCx - New RSCDOLLN field was added for the length of the
               OLCSTAT data set record.
DFROLC8 - The RSCDOLLN field name was changed into RSCDOCSL.
